DAY 1

Arrival

Upon arrival to Ben Gurion International Airport you will be met by our representative & transferred you to your hotel. Evening at leisure in Tel Aviv.

DAY 2

Tel Aviv

After breakfast drive around the main streets of Tel Aviv, center of business and entertainment of Israel, also known as the "White City" and declared by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site. Stop at Rabin's square, place of assassination of Prime Minister Itzhak Rabin. Continue to Old Jaffa, an 4000 year Old Port city; Visit the ancient ruins and walk along the restored artists' quarter. Visit Neve Tzedek, the first neighborhood of Tel Aviv, built in 1887 and Nahalat Benyamin, the pedestrian street of the city with its musicians, handmade jewelry and artifacts (available on Tuesdays & Fridays only).  Visit the Carmel Market. You'll find yourself pleasantly lost among the locals in the maze of food stalls. Shuk HaCarmel, Tel Aviv’s largest and most-centrally located shuk: from hand-made Jachnun, a traditional Yemenite dish, to boutique cheeses, and from one-off cotton clothes to designer threads. Our last stop at Sheinkin, the lively and colorful street specially known with the unique shops, café life and youthful ambiance

Optional: Party time! Bar Crawling around the Streets of Tel-Aviv, experiencing the awesome night life of Tel-Aviv - Operating on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, the tour is guided in English and you will be combined with other participants. Getting to / from the starting/ending point of the activity is independent and not included in the price

DAY 3

Ein Avdat – Mitzpe Ramon visitor's center – Dead sea

After breakfast, checkout your hotel with your luggage & drive south, passing by the cities of Ashdod and Ashkelon to Beersheba, for a short visit of the capital of the Negev Desert.

Drive to Ein Avdat is undoubtedly one of Israel’s most striking and beautiful sites. Set within the incredible landscape of the Zin Valley in the center of Israel’s Negev Desert, Ein Avdat National Park offers spectacular panoramas and enchanted hikes through the incredible desert scenery. Continue to Mitzpe Ramon & visit the visitor's center overlooking the magnificent crater; stop to gaze into the Ramon crater, a geological wonder; The Ramon Crater is the world’s largest erosion crater, also termed a ‘machtesh’. Measuring 40 km in length and 2 to 10 km in width, the crater takes an elongated heart-shaped form, and comprises Israel’s largest national park. Drive to Jerusalem

Before check into your hotel we will stop at the famous Montefiore windmill in the neighborhood of Mishkenot Sha’ananim & Enjoy a farewell drink to Jerusalem. Continue to your hotel.

DAY 4

Jerusalem – Old City  - Mahne Yehuda tasting tour

Drive to Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the city. Stop at Mount Zion to visit King David's Tomb, Room of Last Supper and the Dormition Abbey; Enter the Old City and walk through the Armenian and Jewish quarters to the recently excavated and restored Cardo, the Roman Road. See the Jewish Wailing Wall, The Kotel, and continue to the Christian Quarter. Walk along the Via Dolorosa and visit the Church of Holy Sepulchre. Proceed to Mahane Yehuda to experience the flavors, aromas, colors and the traders' interaction with the crowds, at the largest open market in Israel. During the tour, you will have the chance to stop and taste some of the offerings of the most interesting stands of the market. Speak with the merchants and hear some of the fascinating and fun stories that have become, with time, a part of the unique history of the Machane Yehuda community

DAY 5

Masada – Dead Sea

After breakfast checkout your hotel with your luggage. Drive to #Masada which is situated on an isolated cliff in the Judean Desert. The site was declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001. Ascend by cable car to the fortress, which was the last stronghold of the Jewish Zealots in their war against the Romans. Visit the excavations, King Herod’s palace, the synagogue, bathhouse and much more.  Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Roman camps and the Dead Sea. Nearly 1,300 feet below sea level, the Dead Sea is the lowest point on the earth’s surface. Bring your swimsuit as if weather permits it’s possible to “float” on the salty, mineral rich, water. Drive through the Jordan valley to Tiberias .

DAY 6

Golan Heights – Jeep tour - Sea of Galilee

After breakfast drive to the Golan Heights and visit the former Syrian fortifications and the Druze villages, passing by Banias, source of the Jordan River. We will enjoy a 2 hours jeep tour that will take us into the depths of the beautiful and fascinating landscape of the Golan Heights. Enjoy an Israeli wine country experience, with vineyards surrounded by breathtaking views. Become acquainted with the collection of fine and rare wines enjoying a tour, wine tasting and understanding of the wine production process. Descend to the shore of the Sea of Galilee and proceed to Capernaum, to visit the ruins of the ancient synagogue, the Mount of Beatitudes, traditional site of the ‘Sermon on the Mount’ and Tabgha, the traditional site of the ‘miracle of the loaves and the fish’. Onwards to Tiberias, the old center of Jewish learning. 

Optional sailing on a boat across the Sea of Galilee to experience the tranquility and scenery little changed during the past 2000 years (subject to conditions and fee).

DAY 7

Acre – Haifa - Caesarea

After breakfast checkout your hotel with your luggage & drive through the hills of the Galilee, westwards to #Acre (Akko) for a visit of the old, famous Crusader stronghold and medieval fortifications. Continue to Haifa, for a panoramic sightseeing tour of the city, including the Baha'i Shrine, Persian Garden, Mount Carmel and Haifa bay.  Proceed along the Mediterranean coast to #Caesarea to visit the Roman Theater and the Crusader fortress at what is known as the “masterpiece of Herod the Great”. End the day with a short city tour of Tel Aviv and the ancient port of Jaffa.

Departure

Transfer to Ben Gurion International Airport for flight back home
