·         One-time charge (per rental car) will apply for pick-up and/or drop-off of vehicle at the airport:

$39.50 at the Ben Gurion Airport

$ 29.00.at the Ramon Airport (valid only for tours departing from Ramon A/P – Eilat). the fee is to be paid by the customer on the spot

·         The itineraries for pick-updrop-off at Ramon AP Eilat can be requested separately, package rates would stay the same as mentioned above.

·         Extra charge for more than one driver – see attached file of “terms and conditions”

·         Additional insurances for rental car that are not included.

·         Extra charge for Child Seat, Booster, Smartphone –  see attached file of  “terms and conditions”

·         All extra services with extra costs need to be ordered in advance and will be paid by the client upon pick up of the car on arrival day.


 

 

Our package rates exclude:

·         Not valid during Pick Season (see above-mentioned dates).

·         Any personal expenses and travel insurances.

·         Optional touring.

·         Entrance fees.

·         Rental Car: any extra costs as per mentioned above (see attached file "terms and conditions").

·         Meals and drinks throughout the entire tour other than mentioned.

·         Tips.

·         Late check out / early check in.

·         Porterage at hotels.

·         Flights, airport taxes, visa expenses and border taxes.

·         It is under the agent’s responsibility to check if a visa is required (the full list can be downloaded here).

·         Any other item not mentioned as included.

·         All bank transfer fee should be on your side.

Terms & Conditions:

Rental Car:

·         Clients should be informed that we allow a grace period of only 50 minutes. In case they exceed this grace period, their credit card will be charged with one additional rental day according to the rate given at Budget desk.

·         Clients must collect the car with an international credit card. Must be over 21 years old and hold an international driving license

·         Prices are excluded of V.A.T. VAT is applicable on all rental charges. Only tourists entering Israel with a Tourist Visa B2 or B3 are exempt of paying VAT.

·         It is forbidden to exit the country’s borders, or to enter the Palestinian Authority territories with the rented vehicle.

Package rates:

·         Validity as per above-mentioned dates – except during Pick Season

·         All rates are Gross and commissionable to Holiday Travel.

·         When the stay falls between two periods, the higher price will apply

·         On Saturdays and holidays, check in to hotels is 2 hours after sundown. (after Shabath ends)

·         All rates are quoted in US$ and are subject to changes according to the fluctuation of Dollar to the Israeli Shekel.

·         Country Lodging: accommodation in Kibbutz, Moshav, Village (in Jerusalem and TLV might be 3* hotel instead of guest house). The offer is based on the mentioned accommodation (see hotel list for each program) or similar.

VAT Policy (Value Added Tax):

Israeli tax authorities demand from the local hotels to supply details of their registered guests

·         Rates are subject to 17 % VAT which is not included in this proposal / proforma invoice

·         No VAT will be added if the guest presents a foreign passport and the tourist visa slip received at the airport. (with a Tourist Visa B2 or B3)

·         In all other cases, VAT will be charged according to Israeli law.

Payment Policy

It is our company policy to receive full payment up to 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy:

·         21 to 11 days before arrival date:        25% from the total services

·         10 days and less before arrival date: 100% from the total services

ITINERARY

 

Day 1:

Arrival to the Ben Gurion International Airport. Pick up of rental car and drive to Jerusalem, the historical epicenter of the world. Start at Haas Promenade where you will enjoy a panoramic overview of the old city of Jerusalem.

Day 2:

Enter the Old City and walk through the Armenian and Jewish quarters to the recently excavated and restored Cardo, the Roman Road. See the Western Wall and the Cardo, an ancient commercial street where you can still shop today. Continue to the Arab Bazaar, where haggling has been raised to an art form, and walk along a portion of the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher.

Discover the City of David, the heart of ancient Jerusalem, and discover the place where the story of this extraordinary city really began. Journey back in time over 4,000 years, by entering the secret underground tunnel system, the lifeline of ancient Jerusalem.

Day 3:

Drive to Ein Karem; a picturesque village in the south western outskirts of Jerusalem. This small village has great significance in Christian traditions, since this is where according to tradition John the Baptist was born. This will be followed by a visit of Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial and Museum, designed by Moshe Safdie. This powerful remembrance to the Holocaust is situated atop Har

HaZikaron, literally the “Hill of Memory.”

Drive by the Knesset (Israeli parliament building) and the famous Menorah. Continue to the Israel Museum's Shrine of the Book with the famous Dead Sea scrolls, then a visit to the beautifully renovated model of the Herodian city of Jerusalem, dating back to the time of the Second Temple. In the afternoon, we visit Jerusalem’s largest and most vibrant food market, Machane Yehuda.

Day 4:

Drive to the the lowest land point on earth, the Dead Sea area at 1388 feet (423m) below sea level. Continue to the  fortress Masada, last stronghold and stand of the zealots against Rome, on the edge of the barren Negev Desert. Ascend and descend the site by cable car. The remainder of the day can be spent by floating in the buoyant waters of the Dead Sea.

Day 5:

Drive through Beith Shean and the Jordan Valley and reach the historic Sea of Galilee, where Jesus lived and preached. Drive to the top of Mt. of Beatitudes to see the gardens of the church and the breathtaking view of Sea of Galilee. Proceed to visit Tabgha where 5,000 were fed by Jesus who performed the miracle of the multiplication of fish and loaves. Then, drive to Capernaum and a 2nd century synagogue which threw light on the life of the community of that era.

In Tiberias you  can board a boat and sailing on as the disciples did 2000 years ago Overnight in a Kibbutz in Jezreel Valley or at Sea of Galilee Area.

Day 6:

Continue your journey and drive to one of the three sources of Jordan, Banias. In addition to the beauty of nature, you can also see traces of important biblical events. Proceed to Mount Bental for a panoramic view of the Golan Heights lookout point where we can capture a glimpse back at the past and a look at Syria. Book a tour in advance (followed by tastings) at the Golan Heights Winery, one of Israel’s largest and most award-winning wineries. Drive to Katzrin for a visit at the Golan Magic Visitor Center, which offers diverse impressive multimedia displays of the area.

Day 7:

Drive to Nazareth, where Jesus spent his childhood. Visit the Church of Annunciation, built on the site where archaeologists believe the Archangel Gabriel appeared to the Virgin Mary. Continue to Haifa, for a panoramic sightseeing tour of the city, including the Baha'i Shrine, Persian Garden, Mount Carmel and Haifa bay. We drive along the Mediterranean coast to Caesarea to visit the Crusader Fortress built upon the ancient city of Caesarea, named after Augustus Caesar, who imposed the tax that brought Mary and Joseph to Bethlehem.

Overnight in Tel Aviv area

Day 8:

Enjoy your free time at the beach of Tel Aviv or

Drive along the Rothschild Boulevard and the White City of Tel Aviv (UNESCO World Heritage Site), and learn about the Bauhaus architecture. In the Old Port City of Jaffa capture the beautiful panoramic view of Tel Aviv.

Drive to Ben Gurion Airport for departure
