Contemporary Russian food tour - Tradition meets modern fusion.
During this food tour, we will try Soviet-style and modern Russain cuisine. We will start our tour at the Soviet-style bar (pivnaya) with a set of vodka with soviet style snacks and then walk through the historical sites of Saint-Petersburg in between our gastronomic food tours. The tour continues on to the modern Russian cuisine enjoyed in one of the best settings and views. We will try varieties of Russain caviar and special Russain salad “Herring under a fur coat with red caviar”, Winter salad and legendary beef stroganoff and drink local beer.
